At 33 weeks, 6 days George and I had a maternity couples session. I was lucky to catch one of my favorite photographers (Rachelle Ann Photography) on island before she left! It was crazy windy that evening, so she definitely worked to get these images!

35 weeks
Weight: 155.4 lbs, not too much gain since last week.
Symptoms: Nausea, this week was really bad for nausea. It came back with a vengeance. Still only taking 1/2 a Zofran a day though. I tried really hard to just breathe through it rather than up my dosage. My hips are getting achey, especially at night. I'm worn out very easily too. Achey joints, mostly in my hands (left hand more so). I also started drooling A LOT in my sleep!

Sleep: I toss and turn quite a bit. Still taking 1/2 a Unisom each night for nausea. I either sleep in really late, or I'm up super early and can't go back to sleep.
Cravings/Aversions: Craved Panda Express this week, probably because the nausea kicked back up and I know their food sits well on my stomach. Craving fruit still. Aversions to most other foods.
Workouts: No workouts, still too nauseous. I try and do some hip opening stretches each night though.

34w5d, out to eat with friends and I had the server bring me 3 waters so I didn't run out (it's hot here!)
Weight: 155.0 lbs, eek! About 20lbs above my pre pregnancy weight.
Symptoms: nausea, sore joints in my fingers, sensitive skin, tired, being on my feet a lot I can feel the toll the extra weight is taking on my body! Still taking 1/2 a zofran each evening.
Sleep: Still taking 1/2 a unison at night, so I fall asleep easily. I wake up frequently to pee but sleeping on my side bothers my hips, even with the pregnancy pillow. They ache so much that they wake me up and make it difficult to get comfortable and fall back asleep.
Cravings/Aversions: I'm able to eat a little more variety these days, but there are still a lot of foods that just don't sound good at all.
Workouts: No workouts, still too nauseous.

33 weeks
Weight: 153.2 lbs, starting to not be happy about the weight gain like I was in the beginning! Still healthy as far as weight gain goes, but it's hard to see that number creep up!
Symptoms: Nausea, lots of Braxton Hicks, achy feet if I'm up and about a lot, my feet swell a little if I don't prop them up at night or if I'm standing all day long, joints in my hands are getting a little achy, and leg cramps (like a charley horse) in my right calf wake me up once in a while. Still taking 1/2 a Zofran in the evenings for the nausea and some nights I need to take a Tums if dinner upsets my stomach.

Sleep: Still taking 1/2 of a Unisom at night for nausea so that does help sleep. Although I am up every couple hours to pee. I also am waking up earlier and have trouble falling back asleep.
Cravings/Aversions: I'll have cravings for something, but they usually go away. Nothing super strong. Panda Express chow mein did taste delicious recently though! I still have aversions to most foods.
Workouts: No workouts, still too nauseous.

baby shower
Being so far away from family, I did not expect I was going to have a baby shower. I was happily surprised when my friends out here approached me and said they'd like to throw me a shower. Three of my friends got together and planned the most perfect mermaid themed baby shower! I missed having my family and close friends from California be there for it, but was totally humbled by the group of friends I've made out here. Here's a few pictures from the shower!

Weight: 152.4lbs, baby girl has been going through a growth spurt, for sure!
Symptoms: Nausea eased up towards the end of the week and I was able to go back down to 1/2 a zofran a day. Starting to feel heavy when I try to get up from the couch, sore tailbone if I do too much during the day and a stiff neck.
Sleep: Still taking 1/2 a Unisom at night, but having more trouble sleeping through the night.
Cravings/Aversions: Still no real cravings.
Workouts: No workouts, still too nauseous.

my birthday! 31 weeks, 6 days
At the end of this week was my birthday and we stayed at the Hyatt for a birthday/babymoon staycation. I was able to rock a bikini at the pool still! We also did a lot of walking while downtown.
Weight: 150.0lbs officially the heaviest I've ever been, EEK! I feel like I'm making up for lost time since I lost so much weight in the beginning.
Symptoms: Nausea, I had a huge reversion in nausea this week and it was horrible! I had to up my Zofran to 1/2 a pill, twice a day towards the end of the week. Tailbone pain, some swelling in my legs when we walked for far too long and a stiff neck.
Sleep: Still taking 1/2 a Unisom at night so that does help, but I'm becoming more uncomfortable and restless at night.
Cravings/Aversions: Mostly just craving fruit and water. Occasionally I'll have a craving for sweets or heavy food, but it passes really quickly and if I try giving into the craving, it doesn't sit well anyways.
Workouts: No workouts, still too nauseous. We did do some swimming and walking around this week on our staycation.
